Manufacturer warranty
LifThor provides a two-year manufacturer warranty for qualifying defects in workmanship or materials under normal use, installation and maintenance. This warranty is additional to statutory rights against the seller and does not shorten those rights.

Email support with the product name, purchase date and seller, proof of purchase where available, a description of the problem and useful photographs.

Coverage
Damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorised alterations may fall outside the voluntary warranty. Such exclusions do not decide whether a separate statutory claim exists. Remedies and responsibility for shipping costs follow the applicable legal basis.
