EURYCA AS, organisation number NO919485957 MVA, operates the LifThor brand from Malvik, Norway. Our Webshop is Thor’s Drone World. These consumer terms do not replace separately agreed business terms.

Orders and prices

Review your products, options, delivery details, currency and total in the Webshop before paying. Your order confirmation records the purchase. If an availability or pricing issue arises, we will contact you about the available resolution, subject to applicable law.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery and dispatch estimates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Contact support about delayed, missing or damaged parcels. Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible as required by applicable consumer law until delivery to you. Our carrier claim process does not remove your rights against us.

Taxes and imports

Review checkout information for taxes and shipping collected with your order. Destination import VAT, duties and carrier fees may be separate charges. Contact support if anything is unclear or before refusing delivery. Refunds and deductions are assessed according to applicable law and the circumstances.
